Royal Treatment Nomination

Know someone going through cancer treatment who could use a little extra support?       You can nominate a friend, family member, coworker, or loved one for a                        Queens Against Cancer Royal Treatment.

Once you submit the nomination form below, our team will reach out to your nominee on your behalf, let them know someone special nominated them, and learn more about what they may need. We’ll work directly with them to see how Queens Against Cancer may be able to provide financial assistance toward confidence-boosting resources during treatment. As part of the process, the nominee will be asked to provide proof of their cancer diagnosis and a valid photo ID so we can verify eligibility before assistance is provided.

Every cancer journey is different, so every Royal Treatment is a little different too. Once eligibility is verified, we’ll talk with your nominee about their individual needs and determine what assistance QAC may be able to offer based on our available funding and resources.

You make the nomination. We’ll take it from there.

How you know them, any details you have of their breast cancer journey, any items you think they'd need help with, etc.
